Step 1:
Initially a site visit allows our designer the chance to see your property and listen to your goals and ideas. After that meeting, we email a design proposal for your review. There is no charge for that initial meeting or proposal.
Step 1:
Once Engineering and Architecture plans are completed, our office can provide a detailed design estimate and timeframe for completion. Projects can typically be fast tracked to accommodate approaching deadlines.
Step 2:
One or two conceptual plans are created so that a discussion can begin to flesh out the best design for your home. Hardscape areas and plantings are suggested without getting into specifics.
Step 2:
Our primary focus is our clients' needs and their goals. We analyze the overriding local code requirements and minimize costs for our client throughout the design. Our plans are clear and detailed documents familiar to many local city & county staff.
Step 3:
Once a plan has been developed conceptually, the Master Plan is created. This plan includes all hardscape materials and details for construction. All plant species and varieties are identified. The Master Plan includes all details necessary for estimation and installation.
Step 3:
Both Preliminary and final Master Plans are sometimes kicked back by government agencies. Turn-around for revisions are typically within a day or two.
