Our Story

Paul George moved to the Bellingham area in1988 and began his business as a design-build company.  For 10+ years his company designed and installed landscapes, rockeries, decks and fences.  Paul eventually directed his focus primarily on design and expanded his services by adding talented associates to the Cascade Design Team.
