Residential
Projects

We've helped many residential clients design a landscape that sparks their creativity and brings them comfort within their budget. Check out a few of our favorite designs!

Chuckanut Mountain Overlook

Our clients purchased a mountain top estate on 20 acres with beautiful views of Mt. Baker and the San Juan Islands.  Adjacent to the main house was a fire prevention pond that the owners wanted to enhance adding a waterfall and plantings.  As the conceptual design developed they requested a couple larger ponds and additional waterfalls and small streams.  The resulting landscape includes numerous outdoor rooms for large gatherings as well as resting spots for intimate reflection.

Ellis Street Garden

The owners relocated from a Lake Whatcom Residence to this remodeled craftsman in the Sunnyland Neighborhood. Their goal was the elimination of the lawn and the creation of a perennial garden that provides color throughout the year.

South Hill Garden

This elegant, modern house was developed on South Hill and the clients wanted to highlight native plantings as much as possible. The green roof over the front entry offers additional color and interest.

Chuckanut Mountain Hillside Getaway

This beautiful hillside property was designed as a summer getaway and provides spectacular views of Samish Bay. A natural waterfall provides a dramatic accent behind the home. A trail system , plantings and lighting allowed exploration of the property.  A massive water collection system was installed below the property to utilize the rainwater for irrigation.
